The SLAB CUTTER manual cutting system allows for precise cuts in large-format ceramic tiles. Guides are made of aluminum, providing additional weight reduction. Its exclusive design prevents the carriage from inadvertently leaving the guides and improves the fastening system between guides thanks to the quick-release system. Each SLAB CUTTER includes three guides that allow cutting of pieces up to 320 cm. This capacity can be increased in 110 cm sections for each guide added. Each guide integrates two suction cups. These suction cups have an "anti-mark" rubber base that allows you to work with light-colored materials without risking staining. The scribing carriage is very lightweight, made of aluminum, and provides greater marking power. Its movement through the guides is very smooth and precise, thanks to its three horizontal bearings. The "soft-grip" handle provides ergonomics and comfort to the user. The SLAB CUTTER carriage is equipped with a Ø 22 mm EXTREME wheel suitable for working materials with rough and structured surface finishes, without forgetting, of course, materials with smooth or polished finishes. Each SLAB CUTTER, in addition to the three guides and the carriage, includes a SLAB pliers with the capacity to separate materials up to 10 mm thick. The SLAB pliers have a dual function: pliers for materials up to 6 mm thick and a clamping tourniquet for those materials up to 10 mm. The design and dual function of the SLAB pliers allow for cutting with minimal effort on the part of the user. To complete the equipment and facilitate its transport and storage, the SLAB CUTTER includes a practical, reinforced case with internal compartments to store and protect all the SLAB CUTTER components.
