VDF 100 MM PRO Coarse Vacuum Brazed Diamond Grinding Disc - Ruby 31979
Ideal for grinding surfaces and edges of natural stone, all types of natural stone, all types of ceramic tiles, and painted or resin coatings, CACCUM BRAZED diamond discs are available in two different grit sizes: coarse and fine. VCG coarse finishing discs facilitate recessing surfaces and shaping corners to the desired shape. They are perfect for chamfering ceramic tiles, especially those with greater hardness. Once the work with the VDG discs is complete, we move on to the VDF fine finishing discs. The grain size of these discs leaves a finish fine enough to begin the polishing process, if desired. VDG and VDF diamond grinding discs are manufactured using the vacuum brazing technique, which provides diamond tools with high resistance to the generated temperature, making them suitable for dry work. The embedded steel discs have a Ø 22.2 mm connection. Furthermore, due to their small size and the ability to be mounted on angle grinders, they are ideal for working on both horizontal and vertical surfaces. RUBI is committed to quality.
