DRYGRES Kits are the most economical solution for users who need to dry drill different diameters in any type of ceramic tile. The DRYGRES line of diamond drill bits is recommended for drilling all types of ceramic tiles, especially porcelain stoneware and other covering materials such as marble and granite. In the MINI DRYGRES Kit, RUBI uses VACUUM BRAZED technology, which increases resistance to temperature and friction, to fix the diamond particles to the cutting area. DRYGRES kits have been designed primarily to allow tile installers to obtain the best results when drilling holes for water pipes, drains, light points, etc. DRYGRES kits are composed of:-MULTIDRILL guide-Diamond drill bits of Ø 28, 35, 43 and 68 mm (ref. 50917)-Diamond drill bits of Ø 28, 35, 43, 50 and 68 mm (ref. 50936)-Diamond drill bits of Ø 6, 8, 20, 35, 50 and 68 mm (ref. 50996)-Diamond drill bits of Ø 6 (x2), 20, 35 mm and TCR-115 SUPERPRO diamond disc (ref. 68923)-Case. The diamond drill bits DRYGRES drill bits are dry-cutting and, thanks to their M14 threaded connection, can be used directly with an angle grinder or with a non-percussion electric drill using the drill adapter (ref. 05976). The average life of DRYGRES drill bits, from Ø 20 to 75 mm, is 60 holes. The average life of the drill bits ALWAYS depends on the type of material, its thickness and correct cooling and use. The drilling depth of DRYGRES drill bits is 36 mm. DRYGRES drill bits with diameters from Ø 20 to 75 mm have a side opening that improves cooling of the drill bit and facilitates the removal of solid residue after each drilling. Before drilling again, ensure that the drill bit is clean and free of any obstructions. The maximum operating speed for DRYGRES diamond drill bits is 14,000 rpm. For a better finish and longer drill life, it is important to maintain the appropriate rotation speed and perform a slight orbital movement during drilling.
