Product Overview:

• Two-column guided bandsaw for sawing solid bars and bar profiles.
• Mitsubishi FX 5 control with easy operation via 4.3" touch screen.
• Cutting movement via hydraulic cylinders.
• With BRP (cutting feed control): when a set ampere limit is exceeded, the feed motion is stopped while the saw band continues to run in order to convey chips out of the cutting channel. Once the normal load is reached, the sawing operation is resumed.
• Robust machine body and smallest possible distances between saw band, machine guide and workpiece minimize vibrations for highest sawing performance.
• Infinitely variable cutting speed from 15 - 150 m/min.
• Saw band is driven by bevel gear, asynchronous motor and frequency converter.
• Clamping of the material in front of and behind the cut by two-part vice.
