• Two-column guided bandsaw for sawing of solid bars and bar profiles.
• Siemens S7-1500 control with wide range of functions and operation via 7" large touch display.
• Cutting movement is made by circulation spindle and servo motor.
• With ARP (automatic cutting feed control) -> Automatic saw blade feed depending on the material resistance. Feed rate is constantly adapted to the current cutting load. ARP enables shorter working processes and at the same time longer service life of the saw bands.
• Robust machine body and smallest possible distances between saw band, machine guide and workpiece minimize vibrations for highest sawing performance.
• Infinitely variable cutting speed from 15 - 150 m/min.
• Saw band is driven by bevel gear, asynchronous motor and frequency converter.
• Clamping of the material in front of and behind the cut by two-part vice.
• Pressure adjustment of the hydraulic vice tension via control valve with manometer.
