Standard shipping
Orders from Flexomaq are shipped via several premium carriers, with the carrier selected based on the package size, weight, and destination country. Once your order is processed in our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email confirmation, along with a summary of the delivery.

Pick up at a Pickup Point
Easily pick up your order at a pickup point. We ensure careful delivery to a location of your choice, thanks to our reliable partners. With an extensive network of pickup locations across Europe, you can pick up your package at a time that suits you, with flexible opening hours that fit your schedule. Don't forget to bring a valid ID when you pick up your package.

Please note that the storage period for your package at the pickup point may vary depending on the country, the carrier, and the specific pickup point. In some cases, the storage period may be shorter or longer than the usual 7 days. We recommend picking up your package promptly to avoid any unforeseen costs or returns.

Important to know:
Not all products are eligible for delivery to a pickup point due to size restrictions.

Shipping costs within the EU:
The shipping costs for shipments within Europe are automatically calculated once your address details are fully completed.
For products with exceptional weight, size, or special handling requirements (such as lawnmowers and table saws), additional surcharges may apply, such as length freight or (mini-)pallet costs. These surcharges will be displayed separately during checkout.

Shipping costs outside the EU are calculated upon request. Please contact our customer service for more information.

Partial deliveries
For orders with multiple items that have different delivery times, partial deliveries may occur. It is not possible to specify a preference for this.
We generally make every effort to optimize the order and shipping process to minimize partial deliveries.

Not home at the scheduled delivery time?
If you are not home the package will be delivered to a pick-up point.

Please note: Each carrier has different procedures. Please read the information sent by the carrier carefully for specific details about your shipment.

Flexomaq never grants leave-to-drop permission to any carrier; this is an option you can choose directly with our carriers.
