• We recommend using this tip with the Dremel Tile Cutting Multi-attachment, as it is designed to help you maintain depth during application.
• It is important that the depth of the guide supports the cutting blade extending beyond the material by approximately 0.6 cm (.25”).
• If the tip extends too far beyond the plane of the material, it may be more difficult to control and may even break.
• Best control of the tip is obtained When the movement is performed clockwise. Start the cut at a 45-degree angle and then bring the attachment to the 90-degree position. The tool should be set to a high speed; the feed rate of the material or the tool through the material should be slow and gradual. Excessive pressure will cause this attachment to overheat. Using the tip of the attachment is not the best way to cut – we recommend using the sides of the tip, where the full cutting capacity of the groove can be applied.
